Returns & Exchanges
Before returning any products, please be sure to review the following policies regarding returns.
- Returns are accepted only if the merchandise you received from us is defective, broken, or was shipped incorrectly.
- All returns must be authorized in advance by a customer service representative within 14 days from receiving the order.
- Returns sent back without proper proof of purchase will not be processed, but returned to the customer.
- Returns will not be accepted on items that have been worn, washed or improperly cared for per the care instructions on the garment's tag.
- Shipping and handling charges are not credited on returns. In the event that a coupon promo code was applied to the order, the amount of the promo code is NOT applied to the refund amount.
SHIPPING ITEMS TO US
- Place the item and a copy of the invoice inside a secure and appropriate shipping box or envelope. Let us know on the invoice if you are requesting a refund or an exchange for another size or color.
- Mail the package using an insured service to the below address. (This provides you with recourse on your package should it become lost or damaged as RNCGear.com does not accept any financial responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.)
